MY ADD SUCKS...
Hello once again! How are you? Oh, that's good. How am I? Devastated. I slept like a baby last night after more than a day without sleep and now I have to write an essay for tomorrow. I haven't started thanks to my inability to concentrate on boring stuff. I really am not looking forward to doing this stupid thing. Did I mention I also have to present it to class? Give me a break! This post might me a little short since I have to go back to writing the darn thing. Anyway, what do you guys think I should do? I was thinking about writing an outline and just winging it from there since I don't really have to turn in the paper. I just hope I don't get stage-fright. Blah, this really sucks. Anyway, if you don't want to answer that, let me know how your day was in the comments, I think that would be pretty interesting. Oh well, I shall talk to you guys tomorrow. I should consider writing earlier next time. Perhaps I'll do that since it's pretty late. Ok time to say good bye. Have a nice day!
End Transmission...

I had to present an essay about Nikolaus Kopernikus.
Very boring, I talked about 45 minutes. Teacher said it was good, so I'm ok with it. :)

Write the whole thing word for word. You don't ever want to put yourself into a position where you could choke in front of the whole class.

Just keep on going man! :)

If you are just presenting, then treat it like a speech, which, depending on the speaker, are sometimes better when improvised. I like the personal feel of your blog, very refreshing

Oh boy, I don't know if I'd call 4 hours of sleep a nights rest! Your previous post seems to indicate only that much time. I woke up at midnight tonight due to staying up all night on a homework and turning it in, so I feel your pain )

Just rehearse man, it's honestly what I would do, and, well, it's honestly the best thing you can do! As said earlier, writing word for word helps too.
P.S. SICKKK theme! I'm really liking it.

Just keep calm, the best speeches rarely have good content, just good presentation.

In speech class, I pretty much winged all my speeches with little preparation. If you got the charisma, it'll be easy to do...but since you're still technically doing an essay, I don't know. Still, good luck with it, i'm sure you'll do fine.

I have ADD and my thoughts are random and disconnected, but I find writing to help me clarify them

Drugs are your friend, dude. I'm pretty sure that Vyvanse was responsible for me passing a third of my college classes...
April 5, 2011 at 12:21 PM
I would just do the outline and wing it.
April 5, 2011 at 12:46 PM
Just wing it. It'll be fine.

Shitty beef, man. I have a problem with procrastination too. Try using different motivation techniques to help you. It generally works for me and I can at least get an hour in per day, and then after a few days I'm done! Then no stress :)
